Péter Simon
CEO
Mr Simon graduated from the Collage of Foreign Trade in 1994 and from the University of Economics Budapest with a degree in finance in 1997. From 1995 he worked as a financial advisor at Dunainvest, from 1999 as a bond portfolio manager at CIB Investment Fund Management, later as the deputy manager of wealth management. He joined OTP Fund management in 2004 as a business development manager. In 2007 he became the head of business development and a member of the management board. His area of responsibility is the management of the product development and the professional supervision of subsidiaries. In 2008 he obtained CFA qualification and in 2009 he completed the leadership training program of Common Purpose Meridián. Since 2011 he mentors disadvantaged students in collaboration with Romaster Foundation. CEO of the Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management since 1st October 2020.
Zoltán Váradi
Head of Mid-Office, deputy CEO
Mr Váradi graduated from the Janus Pannonius University of Pécs with a degree in monetary regulation. After obtaining the degree in business administration from the fall of 1992 he spent a year studying portfolio management in Leuven, Belgium. From 1995 he worked at Investor MKB Investment Fund Management then as equity analyst at Daewoo Securities. In 1998 he joined Rabobank Investment, where he worked as analyst and later as an investment fund manager. He obtained EFFAS degree of Nemzetközi Bankárképző in 1998/1999 and CFA qualification in 2007. In 2000 he took over the asset management of equities at OTP Securities. From March 2001, he performed asset management tasks at Europool Investment Management Rt. He joined Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management in September 2001, where he worked as equity asset manager and from 2020 as the head of mid-office. Deputy CEO since 2009.
Dávid Pekár
Chief Investment Officer
Mr Pekar graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest specialization in investment analysis in 2013. In the same year he joined Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management where he initially dealt with the development of risk management systems and methods. From 2015 he worked as portfolio manager and from 2022 as CIO. In the second half of 2016, he created the product concept for Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management’s new, strategically important product family, the Raiffeisen Solution Fund Family. Solution Funds won the award of ‘Most Successful Product Lunch’ in the ‘Best Asset Management Company in CEE region’ competition announced by RBI (Raiffeisen Bank International). In 2017 Solution Funds also took first place in the Best Product Lunch category of EMEA Banking Awards. At the Privátbankár.hu - Klasszis 2020 fund manager award ceremony, Mr Pekár was chosen as the junior portfolio manager of the year.
Ádám Pödör
Head of real estate investments
He completed his studies of economics at the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism of the Budapest College of Economics. Between 2009 and 2017 he performed retail, office, and residential property management tasks at Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services. Since 2017, he has been the real estate asset manager of Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management, where he participated in reforming the internal processes of the Real Estate Fund and worked together with external colleagues dealing with management, operation, and leasing. From April 2023, he is the head of the real estate investment area. Mr Pödör is a committed supporter of sustainable development, energy-saving and environmentally friendly real estate management.
Gábor Szakáll

Mr Szakáll joined Raiffeisen Bank in 2013 as a corporate credit risk analyst. In the previous period, he also dealt with risk analysis and management of corporate clients at his workplace. In addition to his banking career, he has more than 25 years of stock market experience. He has been strengthening the Raiffeisen Fund Management team since 2019, initially as a stock analyst, and since 2021 as a portfolio manager. His area of expertise is the equity market, and his responsibilities include Raiffeisen Forte, Raiffeisen ESG International Equity, Raiffeisen Megatrend ESG Equity and Raiffeisen Commodity Funds.
Roland Pál

Mr Pál he graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics majoring in economics and management in 2016, and in 2020 he completed the CEFA-EFFAS Investment Analyst Program. He started his professional career at the economic portal Portfolio.hu as a macroeconomic analyst, and later worked as a portfolio manager at Generali Fund Management. He joined Raiffeisen Investment Management in January 2021 as a portfolio manager. his responsibilities include short bond and bond funds.
Márton Laczkó

Mr Laczkó graduated as a settlement engineer from the Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture of Szent István University. He joined the real estate team of Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management in 2017, where he currently manages the office and industrial real estate portfolio of Raiffeisen Real Estate Fund. Before this, he performed asset management tasks for a year and a half in the team of DAV Management (a subsidiary of Raiffeisen) at the third phase of Premier Outlet in Biatorbágy and was an active participant in the sale of the property. Previously, from 2013, as a property manager of the international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, he was responsible for managing the Hungarian real estate portfolio of JP Morgan (with 52,000 sq.m. of office rental space). Prior to that, he worked for 4 years in the management of residential and commercial properties for foreign investors.
János Dócs

Mr Dócs graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology in 1988, and then obtained a building energy expert qualification as part of postgraduate training. At the beginning of his professional career, he gained experience as a support structure designer, contractor, project manager and technical inspector in Hungary and abroad, primarily as an employee of international construction industry players. As a project manager for BECCO Ltd. in the construction of the Telki residential park and the Atrinova office building, for DuPont Conoco Kft. in the construction of the JET retail network, then for 15 years as the technical director and then managing director of the real estate development company Bernheim Comofi Ltd.. office buildings, such as the Szépvölgyi Business Park and played a role in the development of the Kálmán Imre Office Building. He joined the Raiffeisen Real Estate Fund at the end of 2018 as technical property manager.
Károly Gyetvai

Mr Gyetvai graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2007 with a specialization in marketing and marketing communication. In 2008, he joined the team of OTP Fund Management, where he initially worked as a marketing associate and then as a marketing consultant. He joined Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management in 2018 as head of sales support. His responsibilities include the creating and implementing the communication and sales strategy, the coordination of the external and internal communication and marketing activities of the Fund Management, as well as the sales support of the distribution networks. He is the winner of the Raiffeisen Award of Excellence 2022 in the category of retail employee of the year.
