Bank card payments (at POS terminals), online card payments, and cash withdrawals from ATMs will be briefly interrupted during this period.
The banking services listed below will not be available during this period, but we will do our best to make the development period as short as possible.

- myRaiffeisen portal internet banking service
- myRaiffeisen mobile application
- RaiffeisenPay portal administration interface
- Card purchases
- ATM transactions
- Receiving identified calls by Raiffeisen Direkt telephone customer service codes (CCD)
- Online Personal Loan platform
- Raiffeisen Online Broker stock trading platform
- Electra internet banking for corporate clients
- Multicash application
- Scan&Go QR code mobile payment application
- Video Advisory/Raiconnect premium video service
For the duration of the system development, we announce a downtime in accordance with the relevant legislation.
