ACCOUNT OPENING REQUEST (GROUP EACCOUNT OPENING) AND "KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER" QUESTIONNAIRE (EKYC)
Completion of the "Know Your Customer Questionnaire" (eKYC) and initiation of account opening request online in any country of the Raiffeisen Banking Group.
The service is available for small, medium-sized and large companies, municipalities, non-profit institutions and condominiums.
You can arrange easily, online and through a secure and closed channel the following actions:
- completing and signing electronically a "Know Your Customer Questionnaire" when initiating a business relationship with our Bank
- submitting an account opening request,
- requesting bank card products,
- request for an electronic banking channel,
- notification of authorized persons,
- submission of related information and documents required for account opening
- receiving account opening documentation
Fill our Know Your Customer Questionnaire (eKYC) and initiate account opening request online (Group eAccount Opening).
Please note that set up of access rights is required to use these services.
